Phone to PC over Wi-Fi, with no app

Moving a file between your phone and your PC shouldn't need a cable, a cloud upload or another app. Eflow connects them directly over your own Wi-Fi: scan a code with your phone's camera, and files go straight between the two.

Your phone, on the same Wi-Fi
Your phone can download the files above, and send files to this PC. No app is needed.
Connect

A live replica with sample content. Click the island to try it yourself.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose Connect on the island.

  2. 2

Scan the QR code with your phone's camera. It opens a page in your phone's browser.

  3. 3

Allow the connection on your PC, only if it is your phone.

  4. 4

Download files from the PC, or send photos from the phone. What arrives lands on the island's Shelf.

Good to know

  • Files travel directly between your phone and PC over your local network. They are never uploaded anywhere.

  • It needs both devices on the same private network. If Windows has marked your home Wi-Fi as public, you can confirm it is yours.

  • Every phone has to be allowed on the PC before it can connect.

  • The first time, Windows Firewall may ask whether to allow Eflow on your network.

Questions

Do I need to install an app on my phone?

No. Your phone's camera and browser are enough.

Do my files go through the internet?

No. They go straight between the two devices over your Wi-Fi and are never uploaded.

Can someone else on my Wi-Fi connect?

Not without your say-so: each phone must be allowed on the PC before it can connect.
