What Eflow is
Eflow is a Windows application: a bar at the top of your screen for music, notifications, reminders, files, a voice assistant (Solu) and AI coding-tool approvals, described on this site. It is currently in development and not yet generally released; features described here may change before it is.
Using it
Eflow is currently free to download and use. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly before anything is charged — nothing here authorizes a charge you were not told about first. You may use Eflow for your own purposes, on your own PC; you may not resell it, remove its branding and redistribute it as your own, or use it to build a competing product from its code.
- You are responsible for the device you install it on, and for anything you approve on the island — a permission request from an AI agent, an action Solu asks to take, or a file you choose to send.
- Don't use Eflow, or its approval flows, to access a device, account or file you are not authorized to access.
- Don't attempt to extract, redistribute or resell the mascot art, the Eflow name or logo as your own.
AI features and Solu
Claude Code, Codex and Solu can take actions on your PC or the web, but only after Eflow shows you what is being asked and you approve it — nothing is ever auto-approved. You are responsible for what you approve. Eflow is not responsible for the independent conduct, output, or availability of third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, the local model Solu runs, or sites Solu opens at your request); those each have their own terms.
Third-party services
Some features depend on services we don't operate: LRCLIB for lyrics, SafeShare for sending files, and whatever site Solu opens for you. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and your use of them through Eflow is still subject to those terms.
No warranty
Eflow is provided "as is," in active development, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it is error-free, available at all times, or fit for any particular purpose. Back up anything important; Eflow is not a backup tool.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer of Eflow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it, including data loss or an action taken by an AI agent or Solu that you approved. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that protects you as a consumer.
Ownership
The Eflow name, logo and mascot, and the Eflow software itself, belong to its developer. The source is visible on GitHub for transparency; that does not by itself grant you a license to copy, modify or redistribute it.
Ending use
You can stop using Eflow at any time by uninstalling it. We may change or discontinue a feature, or these terms, as Eflow develops; if we do, the updated terms will be posted here with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law that ordinarily applies to you as a consumer in the country you live in, and nothing here takes away any right that law gives you.
